Brief instruction of Spiral Separator:
Screw separator is to separate materia, make use of the fact that different material has different specific gravity, and has different sedimentary speed in liquid. Screw separator transports coarse power into inlet of mill through screws, while sends out fine power though overflow pipe. The seat is made from channel steel, body is welded from steel plate.
Working Principle:
Ore pulp enters screw separator, fine power goes to product exit as final product, while coarse power is screwed to mill for recrushing. Screw Separator and mill forms a close circuit.
