ⅠBrief introduction of flow chart for quartz sand production line
Firstly, stones are transferred to primary crusher for first crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to secondary crusher through belt conveyor for recrushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and separated to two specifications. The first specification with suitable size will be transferred to sand-making machine for sand production, Those sands with unsuitable size will be transferred to the impact crusher for recrushing.

Part of materials into the sand-making machine will be crushed to sand, then washed by the sand-washing machine, the others with big size will be returned to sand-making machine for recrushing.
