Working Principle:
Henan Liming Road&Bridge Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. manufactures various equipments for whole set of sand-making production line, and provides superior technical service support for customers. The whole production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, PCL vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine), vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc. We design different production lines by combining different models of equipments to satisfy different customers’ technological requirements.
ⅠBrief introduction of flow chart for sand-making production line
Firstly, stones are transferred to primary crusher for first crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to secondary crusher through belt conveyor for recrushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and separated to two specifications. The first specification of materials with suitable size will be transferred to sand-making machine for sand production, The others with unsuitable size will be transferred to the impact crusher for recrushing.
Part of the suitable materials will be put into the sand-making machine for making sands, the rest will be transferred into sand-making machine for recrushing.
ⅡBrief introduction of characteristics for sand-making production line ?The production line is of high automaticity, low operating cost, high crushing ratio, energy saving, high capacity, less pollution, easy maintenance, size of final product sand meets the requirement of National Standard of Sand for Building, as they are of average and nice shape, reasonable grading.
